It’s well known that yoga calms our mind and promotes general wellbeing, but not often we hear about yet another great benefit of it – the one of expanding our creative expression.
Creative yoga uses the connection between movement and breathing to increase and direct the flow of prana, our life force and the source of creativity. It refines emotions, bringing greater mental clarity, aliveness and focus. This let us go past social constraints and express ourselves from that inspired place where our inner child resides.
Most of us through challenging life experiences, have lost touch with our essence. Yoga encourages us to be ourselves, connect with our feelings and tune into our heart’s desire. It offers the tools to align the body, breath and mind to stay more time in the Alpha state in which our memory, intuition and creativity flourish.

Yoga develops the mind-body connection increasing the awareness both mentally and physically. This helps us release existing bodily constrictions and feel the places where we hold tension while playing the instrument or singing.
Musicians often forget to protect their most precious instrument—their bodies. When the physical body suffers, so does the creative process. It’s hard to work, stay open to new ideas and enjoy what we do when we’re in pain. Yoga postures stretch out a compressed spine, loosen tight hips, and fill us with vitality necessary to bear the intensity of artistic activity.
Our classes will let you develop concentration, ease performance anxiety and expand the awareness of your surroundings. You’ll be able to be more present what will help you express emotions freely through music, identify your artistic intention and connect deeply to others.
Finally, you’ll become a better musician boosting your sensitivity, attention to detail and inspiration, so you can travel to the places you’ve never been before.
Yoga is like music: the rhythms of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life. B.K.S. Iyengar

Creative Vinyasa Flow Yoga make us discover the essential part of our lives and any artistic activity – the connection with ourselves through conscious synchronization of breath and movement.
During our classes we’ll learn to listen to our bodies, calm our mind and be in the here and now to promote our selfconfidence and express ourselves freely. Tuning into our creativity requires determination and willpower, stillness and focus. That’s why we’ll alternate between active poses and introspective ones.
Breath is synonymous with life. Vinyasa teaches us to nurture ourselves with inspiration, love who we are and then take it with us into everything we set out to do.
The spontaneous combination of postures turns this type of yoga into a rhythmic dance of strength and flexibility, lightness and grounding, stillness and movement that’s being reflected later in the way we live.
Are you ready to drop the limits and express yourself with courage?
Yoga is a dance between control and surrender – between pushing and letting go – and when to push and when to let go becomes part of the creative process, part of the openended exploration of your being. — Joel Kramer

These classes are dedicated to anyone who would like to experience the soft and slow flow yoga sequence combined with conscious breathing in order to regenerate, stretch and strengthen the body.
Our classes will allow you to increase your vitality and improve circulation of blood and prana, which has a highly beneficial effect on the brain and the heart. Wellness yoga balances the hormones, tones your organs and enlivens your whole energy system.
We’ll go slow to connect deeply with our breath and feel the different sensations each pose provokes. In this way, we’ll be able to heighten our senses, gain clarity of mind and energize our bodies to navigate through daily life with more selfconfidence and inner peace.

Yoga helps children explore their creativity just as much as painting projects. It’s a wonderful way to let them celebrate their individuality through movement while sharing a positive experience with others and getting in touch with their emotions.
It has a beneficial effect on their bodies and minds increasing their flexibility and strength, calming their agitation thanks to deep relaxation and letting them sleep better as a result.
From a very young age, children are curious about what happens with their breath which let us introduce some simple breathing techniques to help them cope with stress.
During our classes, we’ll use yoga poses to explore our bodies, tell stories and travel to imaginary places. We’ll sing, do breathing exercises and release tension through guided relaxation. And all of it in a pleasant, safe and loving atmosphere.
See the world through the eyes of your inner child. The eyes that sparkle in awe and amazement as they see love, magic and mystery in the most ordinary things. — Henna Sohail

More often than not creativity doesn’t scream, it whispers. That’s why we need to silent our mind and listen. Here is where meditation comes into play.
Meditation connects us to something greater than ourselves to the cosmic force of the universe. When we dive into universal consciousness and start seeing ourselves as more than our bodies and personality, we expand into a higher reality where inspiration lives.
Yoga, including meditation, gives us practical tools to harness the mind and move towards deep concentration, or dharana. It generates stability, confidence and grounding. We learn to observe ourselves, release habitual patterns and gain true freedom in that way.
During our meditative sessions, we’ll experience also the healing power of sound. I incorporate koshi, the wind chimes designed to represent the four elements, that is Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each time we see each other, we’ll focus on one of them bringing balance to our energy field and filling our body with its soothing sound.
